Jason Alexander is the Chief Operating Officer at Hāpai Te Hauora, where he works at the intersection of Māori public health, strategy, and innovation. With more than a decade of experience in Māori health and a background in technology, he is particularly interested in using new approaches to tackle long-standing inequities. Jason also brings significant governance experience through board and leadership roles across the health, disability, and community sectors. He is a regular public voice on issues including alcohol harm, gambling harm, homelessness, and prevention-focused public policy in Aotearoa.
