I’m a proud Māori, Niuean wahine who is passionate about Māori & Pasifika empowerment and achievement in all areas of life. I believe it is important to always operate from a mana-enhancing point of view. I find joy in learning and in helping others and I gravitate towards opportunities that contribute to the increased happiness, health and well-being of the individual, whānau, hapū and iwi.
Recently I’ve worked alongside tertiary students in the role of pastoral care and academic support for the Māori and Pacific Admission Scheme at the University of Auckland and at Whitecliffe but I’m now excited to jump into the Public Health Sector with Hāpai te Hauora Tapui.
