Thursday, 7 December 2017 to Sunday, 10 December 2017

The subthemes for the 2017 Hui-a-Tau are:

Ō Tātou Oranga

As doctors, the expectations upon ourselves, and from others, often exceeds belief.  As Māori doctors these expectations are multiplied.  We therefore encourage abstracts that focus on the wellbeing of Māori doctors and medical students.

Rongoa Māori

We encourage abstracts that focus on healing practices (especially Rongoa Māori) used by our communities (or ourselves) and how these practices integrate with our Western medical training.

In addition, for the Hui-ā-Tau 2017, we will have space where Rongoa Māori Practitioners can work.
