Public submissions are now being invited on the Inquiry, which will examine the law and administrative procedures for the conduct of Local Authority elections in light of the 2016 local elections.

The closing date for submissions is Sunday, 31 December 2017

This inquiry will also consider the matter raised in Petition 2014/0060 of Andrew Mark Judd. You can include any views on that petition in your submission to this inquiry.
